The following hearing was continued to May 3rd:
A Type III Conditional Use Permit and Development Permit to construct a detached garage with an apartment unit above for applicants Amy and Jerry Anderson at 6550 Childs Road.
The public hearing on this matter was conducted pursuant to the rules of procedure adopted by the Planning Commission. Oral and written testimony in favor of or in opposition to the request was received during the hearing. The Planning Commission has asked the applicant for additional testimony and will deliberate on May 3rd.
