At a meeting on November 2, 2020, the Planning Commission: heard oral testimony in the matter of the application for a new garage at 5301 Childs Rd. Before the public testimony was closed, a resident who had provided testimony asked that the record be kept open to hear the results of a survey that had been done on the property. Up to 5 pm Monday, November 23, 2020, testimony pertaining to all criteria at issue in this application. After that time and before 5 pm, Monday, November 28, 2020, only evidence or testimony directly responsive to the material submitted between November 23 and November 28 may be submitted by any person.

Continuation of a Type II Hearing to construct a new garage at 5301 Childs Road. The Commission will meet to consider the previous testimony given and the new testimony since the last month. There will be no oral testimony and written testimony given after 5 pm on November 28 will not be considered.
