NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR PARTITION AND NEW SINGLE FAMILY HOME ON DAWN

At the Monday, April 8, 2019 Planning Commission Meeting, the commissioners will review a development permit application to adjust a lot line to create two single family lots and to build a new single-family residence at 5350 Dawn Street, Rivergrove, OR, submitted by Hafez and Cate Daraee. The public hearing on this matter will be conducted pursuant to the rules of procedure adopted by the Planning Commission. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. The Planning Commission shall review the application and make a decision according to the applicable criteria: Article 4 Procedures for Decision-Making; Article 5 Residential Zone; Article 6 Area Accessory Development and Land Divisions; Article 8 Public Deliberations and Hearings; and Ordinance 65-1999 Sanitary Sewer Services. A copy of the subject application, approval criteria, and documents and evidence relied upon by the applicant are available for inspection.
