Call to Order
Swear in New Planning Commission Chair
A Type III Conditional Use Permit and Development Permit to place an 8-foot by 20-foot (160 square feet) floating dock on the Tualatin River at 5910 Childs. The decision to approve or deny the application will be based on compliance with the following ordinance criteria:
- Rivergrove Land Development Ordinance Section 4.010-4.110 Review Procedures; Article 5 Section 5.010-5.100 Residential Zone; 5.020 Flood Hazard District; 5.050 Residential Zone Permitted Uses
- Ordinance 70-2001 Rivergrove Flood Ordinance
- Ordinance 91-2017 Docks
