1. Review, discussion, possible amending, possible adoption of Council Rules, recommended action; postpone to October meeting
2. Discuss, review proposal for creating Administrative Rules, Resolution 264-2019, Proposed action, postpone to later meeting
3. Review of 2019 Council Goals moved to Councilor’s and City Manager/City Recorder’s reports, recommended action, postpone to a later meeting.

New Business

1. Possible action regarding City Arborist, discussion, consideration, and possible action.
2. Explore scheduling for possible public hearings regarding the land use ordinance modifications. Matt Straite will not be present for this meeting.
3. Setting a deadline for applications for land use permits. Will review with the city planner for MIG’s workload and being ready for the Rivergrove Report.
4. Discussion regarding working with the City Attorney.
