1.  Authorize Staff to finalize Canal Road improvement project and prepare documents for permitting. The scope of the project is the section of Canal Road adjacent to the City of Rivergrove, approximately 300 feet of roadway. This project will extend Canal Road from West Road to the Northern edge of the property located at 19666 Canal Road. This project does not improve Canal Road to the North beyond 19666 Canal Road.
2. Dismissal of ethics complaint 25-332PLG by the Oregon Ethics Commission
3. Dismissal of ethics complaint 25-363EDP by the Oregon Ethics Commission
4. Review City of Rivergrove City Council positions on outside commissions and committees.
5. Reminder about joint City Council and Planning Commission meeting on October 20th at 7 p.m. via Zoom. The meeting link is located on our website.

Update on Other Projects Impacting the City of Rivergrove

1. Stafford Road/Childs Road construction project. Visit the project website for construction updates and closures.
2. Rivergrove Water District – is replacing water lines on Childs Road from Indian Springs Road North to Childs Road. Work will be completed Sumer of 2025 (July to August).
