Rivergrove City Council Meeting Agenda

At its September Meeting, Council continued its discussion about the boat ramp. It was agreed that a letter would be sent to affected residences on Marlin, Dogwood, and Tualamere, asking citizens to note no later than October 1 their preference for 1 of 2 parking options for Dogwood: “No Parking” or “Residential Parking Only” signs along the south side. Council also discussed the possible purchase of an automatic gate that would close behind users, yet could be opened by a button from the back side.

The City Manager announced the receipt of an $82,000 federal Coronavirus Relief grant, only for certain designated uses. (These will be posted on the City website.) 1 use, for example, is sewer infrastructure. The City has already received $41,000 of that but must specify by October 31 how it will be spent.

   • Fishing, picnicking, and swimming uses at the boat ramp
   • Ramp entry gates being left closed or open during operational hours
