1. MACC resolution for change of provider, Verizon to Frontier with conditions.
2. Review of 2020 proposed meeting schedule.
3. Discussion about the need for a December 2019 City Council Meeting and items desired should the decision be to hold a December meeting.
4. New business from councilors as the City Recorder did not receive every email requesting specific items.
