Agenda
This PC Meeting will be primarily a work session to discuss and plan for the necessary land use code and comprehensive plan updates. The objective of this meeting is to create a roadmap to compliance and updates while setting Planning Commission Goals for the 2023 to 2024 Fiscal Year.
A Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair will be elected to serve the remainder of 2023 per land use code Section 3.050: Presiding Officers. At its first meeting of each calendar year, the Commission shall elect a chairperson and vice-chairperson to serve for that year.
Executive Session: Commissioners and staff may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 192.660: As needed (appropriate subsection shall be cited)
