The Rivergrove Planning Commission will continue its public hearing begun on May 17, 2021, to consider proposed changes to the Rivergrove Development Code. A new development code is proposed based on the Oregon Model Code for Small Cities with new development standards, definitions, and procedures for land use planning and decision-making.
The proposed new code can be found on our website under the heading Ordinances. See the staff report (which includes the latest version of the proposed code)
The public is invited to present testimony in favor of, neutral to, or in opposition to the new code.
The Planning Commission may or may not choose to deliberate at this meeting. Instead, they may continue the hearing to a date certain.
