Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items: restricted to 3 minutes per person, per topic. The Commission will listen and possibly schedule for discussion at a future meeting.

Applications

1. Type II hearing for an addition to a single-family home at 5465 Childs Road. Drawings are available through the City Manager, and a staff report should be available by January 11.
2. The Rivergrove Woods Subdivision HOA seeks permission to cut 13 maple trees along the frontage of the subdivision, and will present a mitigation plan to replace them with a “lower maintenance” species.
