Determine the scope of review for the City Council’s consideration of an appeal of the Stark Boat Ramp. At this meeting, the City Council will determine the appeal procedures controlling its review without considering the merits of this case and without taking any public testimony. A public hearing to evaluate the merits of the appeal will be held on February 23, which will be noticed. Appeal Boat Ramp (PDF)
