5. Resolution proposing Administrative Rules. This has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney.
6. MACC resolution was reviewed by the City Attorney and approved.
7. Discussion of the proposed Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Tualatin regarding an on-call City Building Inspector – consensus for the City Manager to draft the IGA and have it reviewed by the City Attorney before review by Tualatin.

New Business

1. Permit for The City to Send to The Planning Commission Regarding the Dead Trees in Heritage Park and The Complete Removal of The Trees.
2. Fencing in a Floodplain Discussion.
3. Direction for Budget Preparation to The City Manager.
