1. Rivergrove City Council Code of Conduct Resolution
2. Update Boat Ramp LUBA appeal – Information only
3. Approve City Manager to sign the 2026 ODOT Small Cities Allotment Program Grant for Canal Road.
4. Approve City Manager to sign Agreement for consulting services with the City of Rivergrove and Winterowd & Brooks, LLC (dba: Winterbrook Planning). Discuss billing process for project cost.
5. City of Rivergrove website managed by GovWeb web services update.
6. Update on Dawn and Pilkington crosswalk project.
7. Discuss in-person City Council meetings at TVFR Station 39 on McEwan Road.
8. Planning Commission Ordinance to temporarily repeal Article 3 of the Planning Commission. Public Hearing date is August 24, 2026, at 7 p.m. (Zoom link is on the Rivergrove website).
