A continuation of the work session which began on July 17, 2023, to further discuss and plan for the necessary land use code and comprehensive plan updates.

Agenda:
- The Grant Application Progress with DLCD and Metro is intended to raise funds for these purposes:
- A Code Audit by a contracted professional to analyze the current Rivergrove Land Use Ordinances for compliance with current federal, state, and local laws.
- A Community Outreach effort to survey the residents of Rivergrove for a broader vision of the future of our city.
A Full upgrade of our Comprehensive Code and Land Use Ordinances applying the Model Code for Small Cities format currently undergoing updates (est. launch 2025)
